«Owing to circumstances beyond our control, we have been compelled to decide for the immediate suspension of Slavica Gandensia. We will no longer be able to accept articles or reviews for publication. It only remains for the Editorial Committee to thank you for your interest in Slavica Gandensia and/or for the pleasant cooperation in the past few years» (Lara Sels to the Slavica Gandensia Mailing List, August 21, 2009).
